Do you know what the difference between a winner & a losing athlete
or performer is?

It's their mindset.

The winner is on a mission & won't be distracted from the goal of
winning at any cost.

The loser let's doubts, negative thoughts & emotions creep into their unconscious mind & then unconsciously they sabotaged their performance,
without even realizing it.

It happens on autopilot.

You’ve probably heard the key word a lot of people mention of being
in the “zone” in sports performance.

I believe the term is about aligning mind, body & spirit.

Your mind is blocking all distractions out & totally focused on winning.

The mind is also allowing your body to perform without any restrictions
& allowing it to perform at it’s best.

Your body has performed the moves you need for your chosen sport
hundreds if not thousands of times & it knows what to do &
what it takes to win.

The spirit allows your natural intuition to come through & align every thing so you are totally aligned from head to toe.

Every nerve, every muscle, every fiber all working as one to achieve your goal.

If you are in the right frame of mind your mind & attitude has already won before you have even started.

The fact you haven’t even done the race or game or performance
is a mere technicality.

The power of the mind is sooo underestimated.

It is a well known fact that our conscious part of our brain is
only 5% of our brain & that leaves a massive 95% for our sub conscious mind.

That 95% of your brain is on autopilot & running all the good &
bad patters in your life.


Imagine if we could tap into the 95% of our brains to change the
bad patterns that our sub conscious mind is running into good patterns.


Just imagine for a moment how that would benefit you.

You can be so conscientious & have the best diet, drink the all the
right sports drinks etc.

You could even train 24 hours a day for years & years.

But unless your mind set is in the right place, you will loose every-time
to a person with the right mindset.

You might get that fleeting victory when you were able to get in the "zone".

But getting into the "zone" can be so allusive & you are forever trying &
trying to work out how exactly it happened & try & do it again.

No you start getting frustrated & no matter how hard you try to
get back into the "zone" you can’t seem to do it.

Believe me I know the frustration, as I have been there, in my chosen sport.

It wasn’t until I became aware of the pattern my subconscious mind
was running on autopilot, that I realized I was self-sabotaging my
own progress & performance.

I was on the search for answers of why & how I could change
self-sabotaging myself.

I obviously loved my chosen sport & had dedicated many years to it
& wanted to be the best I could be at it.

I tried & wasted a lot of time & money until I came across something
that worked for me.

It was hypnosis.

It gave me the opportunity to release all that was holding me back
for many years, & help me get the confidence, laser sharp focus
& stay calm under pressure tools that I needed.

There was stuff that I got rid of I didn’t even think was an issue,
but obviously my mind thought otherwise.

We've all seen it, their labelled lucky.

They have the winning mindset.

They don't have the doubts in their mind.

They don't have the monkey mind distracting them with
useless thoughts.

They have pure focus, an unwavering confidence that they will win.

After the match or performance they say it was easy for them.
